TAXES AND DUTIES
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Before you return any item to us please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- your name and our invoice number,
- which item will you return to us,
- the reason of return (dislike or defect product?)
- do you want to exchange the product or do you want a refund
Attention: We will pay back your transportation costs only:
- for faulty goods (warranty/guarantee issue) AND
- if you have asked for a return authorization and follow our instructions how to send back the parcel to us.
If you send back your purchase because you dislike your purchase and not on grounds of a warranty/guarantee issue, you may choose the transportation method because you will pay for it.
Always include the original invoice in your return parcel!

Within 14 days after receiving a receipt end-users are entitled to return their purchase without any reason and get a full refund of the product price. You must send the return product back to us in resalable condition (original packaging including accessories, printed materials etc.) at your own cost. As soon as we have received the product you will be credited the full product price minus our initial transportation costs.
If you just want to change the size or design of your purchase please notify firstname.lastname@example.org with what you exactely want and we will send to you the replacement at our own expense as soon as we have received your return parcel.
For returns because of defects the rules and time limitations of statutory law apply.
Seller keeps the right to announce specific guarantee terms and enclose them with every delivered item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
