The Night is a beautifully made track-inspired road riding shoe, offering plush, all-day ride comfort, designed to offer outstanding performance and to push the limits of even the longest days in the saddle.
Utilising our patent-pending lacing technique to create a sure, comfort-enhancing fit, the Night delivers a power-preserving pedal stroke through its marbled carbon-fibre composite sole and organically formed outsole, of which no two pairs are alike. Long ride comfort is assured through an EVA foam footbed and a moisture-absorbing, anti-odour microfibre top layer. Replaceable heel pads and a 3-bolt road pedal compatible cleat point complete the shoe.

2. Return & Exchange Policy : 90-day Return & Exchange - Take your time, and rest assured that we will honour all returns and exchanges up to 90 days after the original purchase date. For eligible returns & exchanges, products do need to be in their original packaging, and of course, like new. For exchanges outside of United Kingdom, the customers are responsible for return shipping postage as well as re-shipping out postage.

We at Quoc Pham stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please refer to the following:
For returns and exchanges, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org first to inform us of your intent to return/exchange before returning goods to us. If the shipment for returns or exchanges is lost or delivered to an address where the shipment can not be retrieved by us or by our affiliated partners, we will not be able to refund you the payment or exchange for any goods.
Please include your name, order number, and date of purchase in the email. If relevant, please include evidence of product defect or reason for return/exchange in your email.
You may exchange or refund your purchase with a valid proof of purchase within the time limits set out below. Your goods must be returned in original, unworn condition and packaging to be considered for exchange or return.
Goods must be returned within 90 days from date of receipt
If the returned goods show any sign of wear (apart from an initial try on), if there is any sign of damage, or if they smell or are otherwise unsanitary, Quoc Pham Ltd. has the right to refuse any exchange or refund. If the customer would like Quoc Pham Ltd. to send back the refused product(s), the product(s) will be sent back to the customer “as-is” and the customer will have to pay for the shipping cost. Alternatively, the customer can also visit our warehouse to pick up the product(s). Delivery address outside of United Kingdom, the customers will be responsible for a flat rate £10 postage to re-ship out the exchange.
For returns within the UK, please email us at email@example.com to request a return label if not included in your original order.
For all other countries, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please mark RETURNED GOODS on your customs information document.
Quoc Pham is not responsible for any import or export costs.
Please include the tracking number of returned goods to prevent loss during transit. We cannot consider any product lost in transit without a validated tracking number.
Once we receive and check the returned goods, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment and at the original selling price. Refunds will not include the cost of delivery (if any). We will email you to confirm we have received and accepted the returned goods. The refund will appear in your back account in approximately one to two weeks after you receive our email. If there are any issues or the returned goods do not meet our return policy, we will email you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping (except within the UK). Once we receive and check the goods you wish to exchange, we will process your exchange. We will email you to confirm we have received the goods and send you a new tracking number. You should receive the goods in 5-10 business days. If there are any issues or the goods you returned to us do not meet our policy, we will email you.
RETURNING GOODS ON WHICH DUTY HAS BEEN PAID
If you have paid duty for the order you received and you are returning it to us, you should be able to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. Please contact your local customs authority to find out how and for all other queries. To ensure there is no further duty to pay, please mark your return parcel, 'RETURNED GOODS-FAILED SALE'.
