THE CYCLINGTIPS EMPORIUM HAS FOUR TYPES OF INVENTORY: STOCKED BY CYCLINGTIPS, STOCKED BY OUR BRANDS, EXCLUSIVE/ FEATURED SALES, & CUSTOM
WHAT ARE STOCKED ITEMS?
Some items, like those in our Sock Swag and Caps Not Hats collections live permanently on the Emporium, sitting on the shelves in our warehouse, ready to ship out as soon as you purchase. These are the items with quick delivery rates.
WHAT ARE ITEMS STOCKED BY BRANDS?
The CyclingTips Emporium is a curated cycling marketplace. To bring you the best products we select brands that we think resonate with our CyclingTips audience and aim to open them up to a wider market. The brands then send their products/ orders directly to you, the customer. If you have an order mixed with items from different brands they will come in separate packages, as they are coming from different warehouses, sometimes from different countries. To bring you the most unique and interesting products, we work with brands from all over the world. Our checkout process aims to be clear and simple, and lets you know exactly where your item is coming from and how much it will cost to ship (often free!).
WHAT ARE EXCLUSIVE/ FEATURED ITEMS?
Here at the CyclingTips Emporium we regularly work with brands to bring you exclusive items and featured sales. These are items that are only available through the Emporium for a limited time, ie 7 days. In these cases, orders are either processed periodically throughout the duration of the sale (depending on its length), or all orders are fulfilled once the sale has ended. Each one of these items will have information on the product page outlining expected shipping dates.
WHAT ARE CUSTOM ITEMS?
Some items, like the Bont Vaypor+ shoes featured on the Emporium have a form of custom element and as such are custom made to order. Each one of these items will have information on the product page outlining production timelines so you know exactly when to expect your order. We will also keep in touch during the production process to let you know how it's tracking. If you order a stocked item(s) with your custom item, these items are sent out to you first so you don't have to wait!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Each order has different shipping times, depending on the type of inventory and where it is coming from. On the product page, each brand has listed their individual shipping policies. As a guide, stocked items usually ship within 3 business days, while Featured and Custom items will vary from item to item. For these items, estimated delivery dates will be found on the individual product pages. Once fulfilled, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times will vary from country to country. Please be aware for overseas orders that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Should the customer refuse to pay these charges, and the package is returned, the order will be refunded less the cost of shipping. To learn more about your countries taxation rates please contact your local customs office.
Postage is based on weight and is charged at checkout. However, we free shipping for domestic and international orders are offered by most of our brands. This will be made clear upon checkout.
Been riding a lot lately and ordered a size too large? Or just not happy with the purchase (we're sorry to hear it!)? Well don't worry - we will offer a risk-free exchange of size or refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. If upon receiving your product you have doubts about your purchase please keep your product in its original packaging until you have decided.
Please note, we can't offer a refund or exchange on custom items for change of mind.

All transactions are settled in AUD. If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card - your currency will automatically be converted to AUD when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee; contact your bank or credit provider for details. In some areas of the site, prices will be shown with an estimate of the price in your home currency. These converted prices are for information purposes only, to help you get an idea of the approximate cost of a product, and they may not be the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement. The final charge to your card is made in AUD and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider. Therefore we are not able to take responsibility if the final amount charged to your card differs slightly from the estimated conversions we provide.
